JFK vs Revolution 9
JFK (otherwise known as Jason Kinch) started DJ'ing approximately 12 to 14 years ago, he can't remember exactly as too many late nights have distorted his memory. In 1989 he decided to study at the 'University of Life' and travelled to Greece for the summer, DJ'ing in the resorts largest club. He stayed there for 5 years, serving his DJ apprenticeship. Taking his earnings from '8 a night as warm up jock in '89 to '700 a week five years later. He then felt that new challenges were on the horizon and that UK clubs were ready for his talent.
Upon arrival in the UK a new club opened, 20 minutes drive from his home, called Passion. JFK played the first ever record at Passion alongside guest Todd Terry to over 700 people on the opening night. Passion moved on consistently over the next three years with JFK at its musical helm steering it through vocal house to the more banging tunes of late. Always upfront and always a typical crowd pleaser and entertainer he states "The day people don't dance to the music I play is the day I give it up. The response from the crowd still sends shivers down my spine and if I ever lose that I'll hang up my headphones forever". In JFK you have a very professional, hard working, consistent DJ who can adapt to very different crowds, disco vocal warm ups to stomping full on Euro crowd pleasing late sets.
